Old Course Hotel & Resort, 5*.

A fabulous hotel that overlooks the world's most famous golf hole, the 17th Road Hole on the Old Course. The staff are wonderfully attentive and a great pride has been taken by all for achieving the 2007 Golf Tourism Scotland accolade for Resort Hotel of the year.

A premium cost will be the norm for the famous Old Course Hotel but with preferred room rates allocated to Caddie Golf Tours this luxury resort is here to be enjoyed by all.

The Hotel was purchased by the Kohler Company at the end of 2004. Mr Kohler built the golf resort at Whistling Straits, host of the 2004 PGA Championship.

 

The Marine Hotel, Troon, 4*.

The Marine Hotel has the enviable position of looking across the 18th hole at Royal Troon. A recent investment by the owners Paramount has justified it's position as the place to stay when on the west coast with obvious access to Royal Troon Golf Course on the doorstep.

Ogstan's on North Street , St. Andrews, 3*

A super venue that belies its star rating. A vibrant bar & restaurant the hotel is Caddie Golf Tours first choice of accommodation within the Auld Toon. Ownership is back under control of the local Ogstan family and with a central location, only 4 minutes walk from the first tee on the Old Course, it is a perfect spot for your stay in St. Andrews.

The Pilmour Hotel, 3*

A good wee hotel just around the corner from the Old Course. The Pilmour (TP's) is a 3 star St. Andrews family run business with excellent rooms and a lively bar, at the weekends, on the ground floor.

A perfect spot only a couple of minutes to the first tee of the Old Course and the central shopping area of St. Andrews.

 

Little Carron Cottage, 4*

A delightful converted farm cottage, close to 200 years old, situated in St. Andrews within a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. Private parking, two ground floor suites with their own kitchen and private lounge plus a couple of ensuite bedrooms upstairs Little Carron Cottage can cater for those wishing to stay for one evenings Bed & Breakfast or longer.

Jim and Linda certainly looked after us with when we visited for the weekend and I cannot recommend their hospitality highly enough.

 

The Old Station Country House, 4*.

Just a couple of miles outside of St. Andrews, this wonderfully restored railway station has delightful individually decorated rooms in a lovely location. Fiona and Colin Wiseman, the owners, will treat you like long lost relatives whilst providing the most sumptious breakfast you may encounter on the tour. A truly relaxing Country House B&B with wonderful hosts.

 

Secret St. Andrews

Located in the centre of St. Andrews, off Queens Terrace and down a quiet lane, this cul-de-sac is only a 15 minute stroll through the centre of town to the 1st tee of the Old Course.

The flat has been refurbished with contemporary decor in this historic school building and has four double bedrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining/living area, high speed wi-fi connection and flat screen TV. There is a utility room and secure space for golf bags.

A delightful modern residence for a family or a small group of four golfers.
